During handling, shipping and delivery, the Spa base may result cracked. This do not represent an issue with the actual integrity, operation or structure of the Spa as the main function of this base is to prevent the entrance of any animals into the tub cabinet or of water that may be seating on the surface.
To get these cracks repaired, the tub must be empty and flipped on it's side. If possible, get the heavier side of the tub( where the Pump and Control pack are) down. This side is usually the side where the topside is located.
