Round Led Lights not working

Fault Description

The two exterior lights of the sauna are connected together as one light source, sharing a single cable. This cable, along with the cable from the Round LED light inside the sauna, connects to the Black Control Box.

Possible Issue

One or more of the lights may not be functioning, potentially due to wiring issues, loose connections, or a fault within the Black Control Box.

Solution Steps

  1. Turn Off the Power
Ensure the sauna is completely powered off by switching off the main power source or unplugging the unit.

  1. Inspect the Cable Connections

    • Exterior Light Cable: Locate the single cable connecting both exterior lights to the Black Control Box. Check for any visible damage or loose connections.

  • Interior LED Cable: Ensure the cable from the Round LED inside the sauna is securely connected to the Black Control Box.

  1. Access the Black Control Box

    • Open the Box: If the problem persists, you will need to open the Black Control Box to access the connections.

    • Remove the Screws: Using a screwdriver, carefully remove the four screws securing the control box cover.

  • Inspect the Connections: Once opened, locate the terminals where the Round LED and exterior light cables connect. (Refer to the photo below for guidance.)

  1. Secure the Connections

    • Push in Connectors: Ensure each cable connector is fully seated by gently pushing each one into place. This step is essential to confirm that each connection is secure.

  2. Close the Control Box

    • Replace Screws: After confirming that all connectors are secure, replace the control box cover and tighten the four screws.

    • Restore Power: Turn the power back on to the sauna.

  3. Test the Lights

    • Check that both the exterior and interior LED lights are functioning as expected. These steps should now resolve the issue.
