Colour Changing LED Light not working


Fault Description

The Square LED light may stop working if its cable is pulled too tightly, causing it to disconnect within the Black Control Box.


Solution Steps

  1. Turn Off the Power
    Ensure the sauna is powered off by switching off the main power source or unplugging the unit.

  2. Disconnect the Square LED Light

    • Carefully disconnect the Square LED light to allow you to work with the cable.

    • Remove the cable from the wiring clip to create slack. This step helps prevent further tension on the cable.

  1. Access the Black Control Box

    • Open the Box: If the issue persists, you will need to open the Black Control Box to access the connections.

    • Remove the Screws: Use a screwdriver to carefully remove the four screws securing the control box cover.

  1. Secure the Connections

    • Pull Cable into Box: Pull the cable slightly into the control box to create slack, as shown in the photo below. This will help relieve any tension on the cable that could cause it to disconnect.

  • Push in Connector: Ensure it is fully seated by gently pushing the connector into place. This step is crucial to confirm that each connection is secure.

  1. Close the Control Box

    • Replace the control box cover and reinsert the four screws, securing the cover tightly.

  2. Test the Square LED Light

    • Reconnect the cable to Led Light.

    • Restore power to the sauna and check that the Square LED light is now functioning as expected.
